Regularly Recurring Consultations
Certain types of conditions
require an initial office visit, but continuing support via phone can later be arranged.
For those who originally contacted Dr. Kusmis for services as a motivational speaker, NLP hypnotherapist,
wellness coach, Total Transfiguration Trainer, or counseling, follow-up support via phone in both convenient and
cost-effective.
Phone consultations can also be arranged by those wishing additional
support between office visits.
All types of phone consultations can be arranged on a regularly
recurring basis.
To schedule
regularly recurring appointments on the same day and time every week, please make the appropriate selection from the
drop-down menu in the upper right corner of this screen. The complete procedure is described below.
Procedure for
Phone Consultations
(1) In the
upper right corner of this screen, select and pay for the number and duration of phone consultations you wish to schedule.
On the payment screen, please be sure to enter the topic to be discussed in the comments box, as well as the type
of counseling. If you are scheduling regularly recuring phone consultations, also specify weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
(2) Within 3 business days after we receive notification
from PayPal that your payment has cleared, you should receive an e-mail notification of the
next 3 available appointment slots. If you are a new client, registration and agreement
forms will be attached to the e-mail, which you should complete, sign, and scan into your computer. Please
attach these as jpg files to your e-mail reply. If you don't have a scanner, you can mail your completed forms .
(3) Once we receive your completed forms and desired
appointment time, we will send you e-mail confirmation about which selected
time(s) have been reserved for you. If it is your first appointment, a written
self-help energy healing technique will be attached to this e-mail. This important technique has immense
healing benefits on its own, but is also a pre-requesite for a second technique which you can request to be given out verbally
during your phone consultation, if you so choose.
(4) We recommend you use the initial technique as soon as possible, as well as every
morning and night. If you plan on requesting the second technique during your consultation, the first one should
be repeated 15 minutes before your appointment time.

Provided that you have a USA phone number, Dr. Kusmis will phone you at the appointment time. If you do not have a USA
phone number, you will be provided with a special number to call at the appointed time.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
(a) Please
be sure to be standing by at your appointment time to receive your call. If you do not pick up, Dr. Kusmis will keep
re-trying every 3 minutes until your time slot has expired. No refunds will be given for failure to pick up on your
call, since the time slot you reserved could not be made available to anyone else.
(b) If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this request must be acknowledged and authorized
at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Be sure to make a note of the cancellation number you receive in
response to your request, in order to avoid being charged.
(6) Throughout the call, Dr. Kusmis will be listening carefully, taking notes on problem areas which need
to be addressed. She may ask questions for clarification as well as make suggestions for your consideration.
(7) If it is your first
consultation, you will be given the option
during the last 10 minutes of the call to then relax and enjoy being guided through the second technique.
Note:
It is suggested that you record this portion of the phone call, so that you will later be able to play it
back as a guide so you can repeat this important energy healing technique again whenever you choose. Although
Dr. Kusmis has permission to give this out verbally to her clients, this can not be given out in printed form because
of copyrite provisions.
(8) If you would like a follow-up e-mail summarizing your consultation, along with alternatives
known to be helpful for your condition(s), let Dr. Kusmis know during your phone consultation.
(9) If you had requested an e-mail summary, feel free to
reply with any questions after you receive it.

Dr. Kusmis will then provide clarification. This second follow-up e-mail to clarify is covered by the
fee you paid for your consultation. If you desire additional support at any time, please schedule another phone consultation.
