Ready to Proceed? 

You can proceed at your own pace if you decide to follow our Total Transfiguration program. This can be handled by private office consultations supplemented by phone consultations. There is an additional charge for materials,  which depend on your   current level.  To get started, click on the "Office Visits" tab above, and enter TOTAL TRANSFIGURATION in the comments box which comes up during the scheduling process. 

You can also arrange to have Dr. Kusmis come and give a talk to your group, at another location within a 50 mile radius of zip code 03269. To request this, please click on the "Contact" tab and describe the size and location of your group. Group presentations and discussions are charged at the same rate as office appointments (including travel time and program preparation time).   There is also an additional charge to cover gasoline and tolls.  For an exact quote, please include the topic(s) you wish to be covered, time duration of the meeting, and the address of the location.
