ULCS Clinic Office Appointments              The office is located half an hour north of Concord, NH, just 3 miles from exit 22 off Interstate 93.    Exact directions will be provided once your appointment is confirmed, since we don't accept "walk-in's".  But before scheduling an office appointment, consider the option to schedule a half-price phone appointment instead! Since Dr. Kusmis attends conferences several times a year, she knows about alternatives available in other countries.
